His beloved restaurant, Union Hmong Kitchen in Minnesota, and new highly-anticipated venture, Vinai, both feature the vibrant & delicious Hmong cuisine, that will marry perfectly with the style of James Beard Nominated Executive Chef Johnny Leach & The Town Company Culinary Team.
